What we collect
When you use ForgetMeNot we collect giver account details (email and name); the recipient name and the email or phone the giver enters; gift and schedule details; and payment metadata from the payment processor (amounts, whether a payment succeeded). We do not receive or store card numbers.
Why
To run the account, take payment, and deliver the gift on the chosen day.
Recipients
The giver supplies the recipient's contact information. We email the recipient a link to open the gift. We do not sell recipient lists.
Processors
We use other companies to process payments, send email, and fulfill digital gift cards. Today those processors are Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Tremendous (gift-card fulfillment). They receive the data needed to do that work.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed to deliver the gift and to keep legal and accounting records.
Your rights
This product is offered in the United States. This page does not claim GDPR or CCPA rights we have not implemented.
Sale of personal information
We do not sell personal information.
