Terms
The service
ForgetMeNot lets a paying customer schedule a digital gift card for delivery by email on a chosen day. The recipient does not need an account.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a contract. You must have the right to use the recipient contact information you enter.
What you pay
You pay in US dollars. The charge is the gift card's face value plus a 7% service fee. You are charged when you complete payment in the browser.
Delivery
On the scheduled day we email a redemption link. Timing depends on email delivery. We do not control the recipient's inbox.
Refunds
In-app refunds are not available. We may refund or refuse a refund case by case, including failed delivery and refunds handled through the payment processor. We do not promise a 30-day or automatic refund.
Cancellation
There is no self-serve cancellation after payment in the current app.
Returns
There is no physical product and no mail-back return.
Gift-card issuers
Catalog brands set expiry and redemption rules. ForgetMeNot is not those issuers.
Acceptable use
Do not use ForgetMeNot for fraud, to evade sanctions, or to harass someone through the send path.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ForgetMeNot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for an email provider delaying or blocking delivery.
